The Apartment

A one bedroom apartment is attached to the main villa, however it is completely independent. It is perfectly suited to one or two adults requiring a bit of privacy. It consists of a double bedroom, lounge with sofa, dining table, fully equipped kitchen, an office nook, a bathroom, laundry facilities and a lovely south facing terrace with a retractable awning.

The bedroom has a kingsize (150x200cm) bed and is air-conditioned. There are also mosquito screens installed in the lounge, bathroom and bedroom.

The kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, sink, dishwasher, combination microwave/oven, a four burner induction hob with extractor fan and is finished with a beautiful stone counter.

The bathroom has a basin, WC and shower.

The apartment shares the WiFi internet connection of the main villa and is equiped with a freesat+ LCD television in the lounge.

The apartment is just up the stairs from the terrace of the main house so perfectly suited to grandparents who want to enjoy a family holiday, but might like a quiet moment to themselves, or an au pair who needs a bit of privacy from the family.
